Elementary school teacher (9 am - 12 pm)

Job Description: Jump Start Tutors is seeking an experienced, passionate tutor to join our award-winning team! We are looking for a qualified teacher with at least 3 years of classroom teaching and lesson planning experience to provide in-person homeschool instruction for K–12 students.

Position Details:

• Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Schedule: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour
• Location: Vero Beach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, customized lesson plans aligned with state standards
• Support individual learning styles and academic goals
• Track student progress and communicate with families
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience
• Strong lesson planning and curriculum development skills
• Minimum education qualification is a Bachelor's Degree
• Passion for helping students reach their highest potential
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for in-person sessions
