Position Overview

We’re hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in Reading, Math, and Science. This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning.

Requirements

• At least 60 credits towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in tutoring Reading, Math, and Science across grade levels (K–3rd).
• Special education experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday: 10:30-11:30
• Friday: 8:30-9:30
• 2 hours per week
• $25/hour
