About the Role

Do you have a flair for ideas, luxury, and logistics?

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-driven intern to support PR box campaigns, influencer seeding, and launch activations from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with the creative, strategy, and account teams to shape campaigns that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

PR Box Campaigns

• Ideate PR box concepts aligned with campaign goals
• Coordinate packaging production (e.g., slime jars, acrylic boxes, inserts)
• Source props, fillers, and branded materials
• Oversee logistics, courier coordination, and delivery tracking
• Collect and archive influencer tags and unboxing content

Influencer Relations

• Research and suggest relevant influencers for campaigns
• Assist with outreach, deliverables, and creator briefing
• Follow up for posting deadlines and capture live coverage
• Maintain influencer tracking and reporting sheets

Campaign & Concept Development

• Join brainstorming sessions with creative and strategy teams
• Contribute to influencer campaign ideas and creative directions
• Support mood board creation and concept visualization
• Assist in drafting campaign decks and proposals

Creative Production Support

• Support the Creative Director in shoot prep and concept execution
• Assist in model/location scouting and wardrobe curation

Brand Communications & Trend Support

• Draft short bios, campaign notes, or influencer briefs
• Organize content archives and campaign assets
• Monitor PR, packaging and luxury trends for creative inspiration

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about luxury branding, influencer culture, and storytelling
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Quick to learn, adaptable, and tech-savvy
• Thrives under pressure and meets fast turnaround times
• Strong eye for design, packaging, and aesthetics
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fashion Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn from a brand or influencer marketing lens
• Strong research skills (for influencers, trends, and suppliers)
• Basic experience with Canva or similar tools
• Bonus: Exposure to Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or influencer tracking platforms. Basic exposure to PR writing or an interest in learning how press releases are drafted and published. Familiarity with Keynote.
