Market Development Intern

• You gain insights into the daily operations of the Market Development department.
• You provide personal assistance to the Market Development leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics.
• You oversee various activities, including meeting and workshop coordination, support for growth strategies, contributing innovative ideas, monitoring deadlines, tracking project progress, and ensuring target achievement.
• You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
• You coordinate market input for strategic topics and create or adapt management-level overviews to support decision-making.
• You facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
• You participate in the Porsche Middle East Student Innovation Challenge as part of your internship experience.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.

• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
• You have a background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
