About the Role
Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive the installation and modernization of our Elevator and Escalator services across Dubai. You will be responsible for expanding our presence within the commercial and residential construction sectors. This is a target-driven, field-based role based out of Al Quoz.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify and secure new installation projects by targeting property developers, contractors, and consultants in Dubai.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Solution Selling: Present our technical offerings, conduct site assessments, and prepare detailed, accurate sales proposals and quotations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the UAE market.
- Sales Targets: Strategically plan activities to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and client presentation.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and be willing to travel across Dubai.
