Elevator Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of vertical transportation systems through proper diagnostics, testing, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways in accordance with project specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and calibration to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety assessments
• Repair or replace faulty components to maintain system reliability and compliance
• Coordinate site activities and liaise with contractors and project teams
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, testing documentation, and monthly maintenance reports
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure inspections and maintenance activities are completed on schedule to prevent project delays
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Elevator Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and elevator control systems
• Familiarity with industry safety regulations and maintenance standards
• Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with site teams
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
