Elevator Installation Technician

Leading Elevator Company in Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Installation Technician to join our team in Kuwait. As an Elevator Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing elevator systems in various buildings throughout the city.

• Install new elevator systems according to blueprints, technical specifications, and safety standards
• Assemble and install elevator components, including doors, Guide rails, motors, cabin and control systems
• Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure proper elevator functionality and safety
• Collaborate with construction teams and other trades to coordinate installation schedules
• Maintain accurate records of installations
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process
• Stay updated on the latest elevator technologies and installation techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in elevator installation preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in elevator installation
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to elevator installation
• Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently and safely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions
• Understanding of elevator systems, components, and related building codes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed
