Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Elevator Technician to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators, ensuring safe and efficient operation in compliance with UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of elevators and escalators
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly
• Install, test, and commission new elevator systems
• Respond to breakdown calls and emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Elevator Technician in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, wiring, and safety devices
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Familiar with UAE safety standards and regulations
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with major elevator brands (Otis, KONE, Schindler, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
