Job Title: Draftsman (Landscape / Architectural / Structural / MEP)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in Landscape (2D &amp; 3D), Architectural, Structural, and Electro-Mechanical drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and engineering requirements, ensuring compliance with project standards and industry practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP works.</li><li>Develop drawings from sketches, specifications, and engineer instructions.</li><li>Create site plans, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.</li><li>Modify and update drawings based on revisions and site conditions.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material estimation when required.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all projects.</li><li>Use CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.</li><li>Support site teams with technical drawings and clarifications when needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or technical certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Draftsman in Landscape / Architectural / Structural / MEP projects.</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D); knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional):<ul><li>Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.</li><li>Knowledge of landscaping design standards and irrigation layouts.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (for MEP drafting).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)

Job Description &ndash; Interior &amp; Fit-Out EngineerPosition: Interior &amp; Fit-Out EngineerJob Summary:The Interior &amp; Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing interior fit-out works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Interior & Fit Out Engineer

Roles and Responsibility:The Fleet Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring the company&rsquo;s vehicle fleet to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, compliance, and proper maintenance of all vehicles.<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet</li><li>Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure optimal usage</li><li>Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance and servicing</li><li>Coordinate repairs with workshops and service providers</li><li>Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.)</li><li>Track fuel consumption and control fuel costs</li><li>Ensure vehicles comply with UAE traffic laws and company policies</li><li>Handle vehicle inspections and renewals (RTA compliance)</li><li>Manage accident reporting and insurance claims</li><li>Monitor driver performance and discipline</li><li>Coordinate vehicle allocation and replacements</li><li>Maintain fleet database and reports (mileage, service history, costs)</li><li>Ensure availability of vehicles for operational requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Logistics, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in fleet management or transport operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and UAE traffic regulations</li><li>Good computer skills (Excel, fleet tracking systems)</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in GPS tracking systems</li><li>Cost control and budgeting knowledge</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making ability</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
