Draftsman (Landscape / Architectural / Structural / MEP)

Job Title: Draftsman (Landscape / Architectural / Structural / MEP)Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in Landscape (2D & 3D), Architectural, Structural, and Electro-Mechanical drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and engineering requirements, ensuring compliance with project standards and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP works.
• Develop drawings from sketches, specifications, and engineer instructions.
• Create site plans, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Modify and update drawings based on revisions and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and regulations.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material estimation when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all projects.
• Use CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Support site teams with technical drawings and clarifications when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in Landscape / Architectural / Structural / MEP projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.
• Knowledge of landscaping design standards and irrigation layouts.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (for MEP drafting).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
