Fleet Officer

Roles and Responsibility:

The Fleet Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, compliance, and proper maintenance of all vehicles.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet
• Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure optimal usage
• Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance and servicing
• Coordinate repairs with workshops and service providers
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.)
• Track fuel consumption and control fuel costs
• Ensure vehicles comply with UAE traffic laws and company policies
• Handle vehicle inspections and renewals (RTA compliance)
• Manage accident reporting and insurance claims
• Monitor driver performance and discipline
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and replacements
• Maintain fleet database and reports (mileage, service history, costs)
• Ensure availability of vehicles for operational requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Logistics, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in fleet management or transport operations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and UAE traffic regulations
• Good computer skills (Excel, fleet tracking systems)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in GPS tracking systems
• Cost control and budgeting knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
