Role Overview

As an Elite Property Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant for clients seeking high-value real estate investments. You will leverage your expertise in Abu Dhabi’s property market to deliver tailored solutions, build lasting relationships, and drive successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on prime and investment property opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales transactions.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
• Manage a portfolio of elite properties and ensure maximum exposure through marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or investment properties.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
