We are looking for a polished, driven, and highly knowledgeable Elite Property Advisor to join our top‑performing team and represent some of the most prestigious real estate assets in the capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise high‑net‑worth clients on buying, selling, and investing in luxury and prime residential properties.
- Conduct private viewings, tailored consultations, and high‑level investment presentations.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with affluent clients, developers, and strategic partners.
- Deliver expert insights on premium communities, market trends, pricing, and investment potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a strong personal brand aligned with the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Attend VIP events, exhibitions, and private client meetings as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Stay updated on new launches, luxury market shifts, and exclusive developer offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury real estate, high‑end sales, or client advisory roles (UAE experience is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a refined, client‑centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the UAE luxury property market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Spanish, etc.) are a significant advantage.
