We are seeking a highly polished and experienced Elite Property Advisor to represent our most exclusive communities and deliver a world‑class advisory experience to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote ultra‑prime and luxury properties to UHNW and international clients
• Conduct private viewings, bespoke lifestyle presentations, and tailored investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, family offices, and global investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with precision, discretion, and professionalism
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, premium partners, and repeat clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Uphold the highest standards of service, confidentiality, and brand representation

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury or ultra‑prime real estate, wealth management, or high‑end client services
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with UHNW individuals and international investors
• Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to operate independently at a senior level
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury and prime real estate market is preferred
