Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a high-performing Elite Property Specialist to represent premium residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with deep market expertise, a strong client network, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. You will play a key role in driving strategic growth and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence in the luxury and investment segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and manage high-value residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and discretion
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and elite clientele
• Maintain a portfolio of premium listings with accurate and compelling marketing content
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand your client base
• Deliver a personalized and high-touch service experience throughout the transaction lifecycle

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or investment properties
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory environment
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and ability to engage with elite clientele
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
