Position Overview
This role focuses on representing Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious residential and investment properties. It requires exceptional client advisory skills, strong negotiation capability, and the ability to manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and premium developers. The ideal candidate combines market expertise with a polished, luxury‑oriented approach.
Core Responsibilities
- Advise affluent clients on acquiring, selling, and investing in luxury and high‑value properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct private viewings, bespoke consultations, and high‑level investment presentations.
- Maintain a curated portfolio of elite listings and exclusive off‑market opportunities.
- Build long‑term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients, developers, and strategic partners.
- Provide expert insights on premium communities, pricing trends, lifestyle offerings, and ROI potential.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Represent the company at VIP events, private launches, and high‑profile exhibitions.
- Stay informed on new luxury developments, exclusive allocations, and market shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury real estate, high‑end sales, or client advisory roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the UAE luxury property market or the ability to learn rapidly.
- Professional appearance and a refined, client‑centric approach.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) are a strong advantage.
