Position Summary
The Elite Property Specialist is responsible for representing premium real estate offerings across Abu Dhabi’s most sought‑after communities. The role requires advanced market knowledge, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to deliver a high standard of advisory service to high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, portfolio management, and successful closing of high‑value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle for luxury and investment properties, from prospecting to closing.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment performance, and long‑term value.
- Present premium ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s prime districts, including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, and emerging high‑growth zones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, corporate buyers, and international investors.
- Coordinate with major developers to access exclusive inventory, project updates, and launch opportunities.
- Conduct property tours, financial assessments, and comparative market analyses.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and private client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market and investment landscape.
- Proven track record in high‑value property sales or investment advisory.
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills suited to senior‑level clientele.
- Ability to analyze financial data, ROI models, and payment plan structures.

Qualifications
