ELV and Fire & Safety SALES ENGINEER

Please apply exclusively to those with sales experience who have worked in ELV and fire safety companies in the GCC in the same field.

Experience with all major ELV and safety systems in the design & estimation level .A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in the design of ELV

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and building strong client relationships for ELV and Safety systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Fire Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

•⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV and fire safety systems

•⁠ ⁠Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits

•⁠ ⁠Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, and end user

### 2. Client Engagement

•⁠ ⁠Meet clients to understand project requirements

•⁠ ⁠Conduct site surveys and technical discussions

•⁠ ⁠Present suitable ELV , safety solutions based on client needs

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations

3. Technical & Proposal Preparation

•⁠ ⁠Prepare technical and commercial proposals

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with estimation and pre-sales teams for accurate costing

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations (HCS Civil Defense)

•⁠ ⁠Submit tenders and handle documentation

### 4. Project Coordination

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution after order confirmation

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper handover to project/operations team

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress and client satisfaction

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential opportunities for business growth

6. Reporting & CRM Management

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities

•⁠ ⁠Provide regular sales reports and forecasts

•⁠ ⁠Update CRM systems with client interactions and pipeline status

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

Experience

•⁠ ⁠3–6+ years of sales experience in ELV / Fire Safety systems

•⁠ ⁠GCC experience Can only Apply

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Skills & Competencies

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, Structured Cabling, etc.) Fire And safety projects

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•⁠ ⁠Technical and commercial understanding

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Client relationship management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

•⁠ ⁠Sales Revenue Achievement

•⁠ ⁠Number of New Clients Acquired

•⁠ ⁠Conversion Rate (Leads to Orders)

Additional Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
