ELV Design Engineer cum Modeler

Prepare detailed ELV system designs including ICT, AV, Security, and other low current systems.

Develop ELV design drawings such as layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, block diagrams, and system architectures in compliance with project requirements.

Perform ELV modelling using Revit (BIM) in coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Assist in preparing design reports, specifications, and technical submissions for Design & Build projects.

Coordinate with project managers, senior consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs.

Review and ensure compliance with local authority regulations and standards.

Attend design coordination meetings, technical discussions, and assist in responding to RFIs and design clarifications.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and models.

Support site teams during construction stage with as-built drawings and design clarifications when required.
