Job Description – Senior ELV Engineer (Fire Detection, Security & BMS System)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects in the domains of Fire Safety, Security Systems, and Building Automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, and delivery, with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.

2. Technical Oversight: Commissioning & Testing on Fire Detection System, Security Systems & Building Management System (ELV)

3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.

4. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project engineers, site supervisors, and vendor teams to achieve project objectives.

5. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with NFPA, NBC, BIS, local statutory codes, and client specifications.

6. Quality & Safety: Drive adherence to quality benchmarks, HSE policies, and best practices throughout project execution.

7. Financial Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability while meeting timelines.

8. Documentation: Oversee preparation of project documentation including BOQs, as-built drawings, progress reports, and handover files.

9. Innovation: Explore and integrate the latest technologies in Fire, Security & Automation to enhance solutions and client satisfaction.

10. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
