Sr. project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Modulars & Interior Vertical in Jaipur. This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end operations — from planning and execution to quality and cost control — ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete operations of the Modulars & Interior Vertical.
• Plan, execute, and monitor all projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Streamline procurement, production, logistics, and installation processes.
• Coordinate closely with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Implement SOPs for project management, quality checks, and safety compliance.
• Develop KPIs and reporting systems to track performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of proven experience in operations/project management within modular furniture, interiors, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, production, and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Graduation or relevant qualification preferred.
