Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled ELV Engineer. This role involves extensive experience in ELV security systems, access control, surveillance, and smart building technologies. A strong technical background is a must, and candidates must currently reside in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: B.E, B. Tech, or any equivalent degree
• Experience: 3+ years in the Electronic Security Industry
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Specific Domain: Electronic Security Industry (Enterprise IP Surveillance, Access Control, Gating Solutions, and Baggage Scanners)

Preferred Skills & Responsibilities

As an ELV Engineer, you'll be a key player in delivering integration and testing services to enterprise-level customers in a complex environment. You'll need strong analytical and communication skills, stress tolerance, and a proactive approach to understanding customer goals and improving their business. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing installations and configuring various components like CCTVs, access controls, fire alarm systems, boom barriers, turnstiles, and other security-related systems.
• Analyzing hardware requirements for new and existing application components, then proposing and implementing infrastructure changes and improvements.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service and project requests, working closely with vendors and administration.
• Providing technical support and training to customers, effectively analyzing real-time issues and anticipating problems to minimize system downtime.
• Handling day-to-day application component maintenance tasks, including log analysis, incident troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Maintaining clear and concise communication with team members and customers during preventive maintenance and when explaining project and support issues.
• Participating in the onboarding of new product components.
