ELV Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ELV Estimation Engineer to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for ELV systems, ensuring competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed ELV cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, IPTV, PA, Intercom, and BMS-related systems
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities
• Perform quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor cost analysis for ELV works
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical and commercial quotations
• Prepare pre-tender budgets, cost comparisons, and post-tender clarifications
• Support negotiations and handover to project teams after award
• Maintain historical cost data and pricing benchmarks for ELV systems

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in ELV estimation and tendering
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, specifications, and authority requirements
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines
