As an ELV Commissioning Foreman, you’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the commissioning of all ELV systems in the data center. You will ensure that systems such as fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and building management are installed, tested, integrated, and handed over according to project specifications, operational requirements, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commissioning, and functional testing of ELV systems
• Ensure ELV systems are installed and ready for commissioning according to approved drawings and specifications
• Execute and witness functional tests, integration testing, and system demonstrations
• Coordinate with commissioning engineers, contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teams
• Identify, track, and close ELV commissioning punch list items
• Ensure compliance with project standards, commissioning procedures, and safety regulations
• Maintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and handover documentation
• Support the final handover of ELV systems to operations and facilities management teams

ELV Systems Scope

• Fire alarm and detection systems
• Access control systems
• CCTV and video surveillance systems
• Public address (PA) and general alarm systems
• Building Management System (BMS) / EPMS interfaces
• Data cabling, structured cabling, and network integration for critical systems
• Integration and coordination with electrical and mechanical systems
• Functional verification of redundancies and failover mechanisms

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
