Job Title: ELV & IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 + 5% Profit Commission

The Role

We are looking for a powerhouse ELV & IT Infrastructure Manager who is a true "All-Rounder." You must be equally comfortable configuring a network switch as you are troubleshooting a CCTV system or pitching a new project to a client. This role requires a technical expert who can generate their own business, manage their own documentation, and lead from the front.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of UAE experience specifically in ELV and IT Infrastructure.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY.
• Availability: Immediate Joinees only.
• Technical Mastery: Must be an expert in both ELV systems and IT Hardware/Networking.
• Independence: Proven ability to generate BOQs, PPM Reports, and technical proposals independently.

Key Responsibilities

• IT & ELV Integration: Manage and supervise the installation and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Server Racks, Wi-Fi solutions, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Business Development: Proactively bring in new projects and maintenance contracts (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Project Documentation: Conduct site surveys and create accurate, profitable BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Execution: Handle "one-off" call-outs and complex IT infrastructure setups under high pressure.
• Supervision: Manage technical teams and ensure all PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) is delivered on schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
