ELV Procurement Officer

We are seeking an experienced ELV Procurement Engineer / Officer to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement of ELV systems and materials, ensuring timely availability, technical compliance, cost effectiveness, and alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, IPTV, Public Address, Intercom, and related ELV components
• Review approved material submittals, specifications, and drawings to ensure technical compliance before procurement
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial offers, and recommend suitable vendors
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, planning, and site teams to align procurement schedules with project programs
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, warranties, and payment conditions with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure materials are delivered as per project timelines
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation with suppliers and site teams
• Maintain supplier database, delivery schedules, and procurement trackers
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and authority standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in ELV procurement
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, materials, and approved brands
• Experience in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and procurement documentation
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and MS Office
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and project requirements simultaneously
• Experience working with consultants and authority-approved ELV systems is an added advantage
