ELV Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, Intruder Alarm System, Intercom Systems, PA Systems, AV Systems and Optical Fiber networks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Site supervision, installation, testing & commissioning of ELV systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Support in procurement and material management.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and execution phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of ELV project experience in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, Gate Barrier, Optical Fiber, Structured Cabling, etc.).
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Effective coordination with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams with strong skills to track project activities.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities: 3 years (Required)
