Project Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Civil Engineer to join our Fit Out and Interior Design team on an 8-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in supervising and ensuring the successful execution and structural integrity of the interior fit out project from inception to completion. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards and collaborating with various stakeholders.

· Supervise the execution of civil engineering aspects of an interior fit out project, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

· Oversee site activities to ensure structural quality standards and design specifications are maintained.

· Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

. Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery with all required documentation and snag lists closed.

· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure project requirements are met.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

· Identify and resolve potential structural issues proactively, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.

· Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil engineering with a strong emphasis on supervision within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in client management and negotiation.
• Proficiency in civil engineering and familiarity with project management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• Previously worked in a consultant firm is preferred

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
