ELV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager to manage and deliver Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Parking Management Systems, and Public Address Systems. The role requires strong technical, commercial, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE standards.

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and deliver ELV projects from design to handover.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and method statements.
  • Strong Business Connections in Dubai.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Review ELV designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of:
  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control & Time Attendance
  • Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
  • SMATV & IPTV
  • Parking Management Systems
  • Public Address & Intercom
  • Gate Barriers & Turnstiles
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), SIRA, and local authority regulations.

Site & Team Management

  • Lead site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site progress and quality of installation.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs.
  • Review variations, change orders, and claims.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
  • Prepare project cash flow and monthly progress reports.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Supervise testing, commissioning, and integration of all ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with authorities and consultants for inspections and approvals.
  • Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
  • Ensure smooth final handover to the client.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in ELV projects in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Low Current Systems.
  • Experience with SIRA, DCD, DEWA, and local authority approvals.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
