Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end ELV projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.
- Prepare project execution plans, timelines, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Management
- Oversee design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and vendors for system compliance and approvals.
- Ensure ELV systems meet local authority regulations and international standards.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related technical issues.
Team & Site Management
- Lead and manage project engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources efficiently and monitor site productivity.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and site safety standards.
Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Attend client, consultant, and coordination meetings.
- Manage approvals, inspections, and authority submissions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
Cost & Commercial Control
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Review variations, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
- Support invoicing, certifications, and project financial reporting.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure smooth project handover with complete O&M manuals and training.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV project management.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, SMATV, Intercom, etc.
- Experience in UAE projects and authority approvals is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager to lead and manage Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects from initiation to completion.
