Key Responsibilities:
- Designing comprehensive ELV systems incorporating CCTV, SCS, AV, Access Control, PAVA, Master Clock, Intercom, BGM, Gate Barriers, and Speed Gates to meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Integrating ELV systems with other building systems to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.
- Project Planning and Management:
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV projects.
- Managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conducting comprehensive testing and commissioning of ELV systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Client Liaison:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing regular project updates, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ELV systems during installation, testing, and operation.
- Developing maintenance plans and providing ongoing support to ensure the reliability and performance of installed systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, test reports, and as-built documentation.
- Generating project reports and updates for management and clients as required.
