ELV Projects Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing comprehensive ELV systems incorporating CCTV, SCS, AV, Access Control, PAVA, Master Clock, Intercom, BGM, Gate Barriers, and Speed Gates to meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Integrating ELV systems with other building systems to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.
• Project Planning and Management:
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV projects.
• Managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conducting comprehensive testing and commissioning of ELV systems to verify functionality and performance.
• Client Liaison:
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing regular project updates, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ELV systems during installation, testing, and operation.
• Developing maintenance plans and providing ongoing support to ensure the reliability and performance of installed systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Generating project reports and updates for management and clients as required.
