ELV Purchase Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ELV Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, and PA Systems. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, track orders, ensure timely delivery, and support project requirements while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure ELV materials and equipment as per project requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand material requirements.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and Qatar/region-specific regulations.
• Assist in cost analysis, vendor evaluation, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase requests, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in ELV, ICT, or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of ELV systems and components is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities efficiently.
