Job Description – ELV Sales Executive
Location: Deira, Dubai
Salary: AED4000
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced ELV Sales Executive to drive project acquisition and manage end-to-end sales activities for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The role involves prospecting, technical proposal development, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to secure and hand over ELV projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven history of achieving sales targets within the ELV industry.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BMS, Public Address Systems, and other related solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and specifications tailored to client requirements.
  • Follow up on project tenders, RFPs, and bid submissions.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database with client and project information.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams to develop customized ELV solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of acquired projects to project delivery teams.

Process & Reporting

  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5–9 years of proven sales experience in ELV systems.
  • Strong understanding of ELV technologies, project acquisition processes, and solution-based selling.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BMS, Public Address Systems, and similar solutions.
  • Ability to prepare technical proposals and interpret specifications.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of consultants, contractors, and clients in the UAE market.
  • Experience with systems including Smart Home, Fire Alarm systems, and advanced ELV solutions.
  • Familiarity with SIRA regulations is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
