Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven ELV Sales Engineer to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting a wide range of ELV solutions, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and smart home systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the ELV sector
- Promote and sell ELV solutions including:
- CCTV & surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Intercom & AV systems
- Structured cabling
- Home automation / smart systems
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Consultants
- Contractors
- End users
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
3. Technical & Commercial Support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and compliance
4. Project Coordination
- Follow up on project execution and client deliverables
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Provide feedback to management on market demand and customer needs
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ELV sales within the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- CCTV & surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Structured cabling
- Home automation / smart systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Additional Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
