Senior Sales and Project Manager ELV Systems

Job Summary

Senior Sales and Project Engineer – ELV with a proven track record in project sales across the UAE. This role is ideal for a high performing professional who consistently meets or exceeds targets and has strong market relationships in the ELV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ELV project sales
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial offers (projects, AMC)
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with management objectives
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of ELV sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong network with Facility Management companies, Interior Designers, Government entities, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and End Users
  • Proven project sales experience in:
  • IP CCTV systems
  • Access Control
  • ICT & Structured Cabling
  • PA, Audio-Visual Systems
  • Home Automation & Lighting Control
  • Experience with AMCs, retrofit projects, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Strong relationships with ELV OEMs and distributors
  • Graduate Engineer or equivalent technical qualification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
