Female Sales & Estimation Coordinator Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Female Engineer to handle client coordination, quick quotation preparation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, understand their fire protection and security requirements, and ensure timely submission and closure of quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming client inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp) and respond promptly
• Understand client requirements for fire alarm, firefighting, gas and security systems
• Prepare and submit preliminary quotations.
• Coordinate with the Estimation/Engineering team for detailed and technical quotations
• Follow up internally to ensure timely submission of finalized quotes
• Regularly follow up with clients for quotation approval and project closure
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
• Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Required)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in fire protection or security systems (preferred)
• Good understanding of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, access control systems(Preferred)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries
• Fast learner with good coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic estimation tools

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate (as per company requirement)
• Based in UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
