About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ELV Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELV systems sales and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive and fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s footprint in ELV projects.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across government, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotations, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ELV Systems Sales, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong expertise in:
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems (SIRA compliance preferred)
- Access Control & Time Attendance Systems
- Structured Cabling & Networking
- SMATV / IPTV Systems
- PABX / Intercom / Audio-Video Systems
- Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems (an added advantage)
- In-depth knowledge of SIRA regulations and current U.A.E market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong competency in preparing proposals, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
