  • Project Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for ELV system design and implementation.

  • Assist in project scheduling, resource planning, and task allocation.

  • System Design & Technical Support

  • Provide technical solutions and system design support for ELV systems.

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

  • Installation & Commissioning Oversight

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support Provide technical guidance during installation issues or post-installation support. Suggest preventive maintenance and system upgrades as needed.

  • Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients in sectors like commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, and industrial projects.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Tendering & Quotation Prepare technical and commercial proposals for ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Intrusion Detection, Networking, Building Management Systems).

  • Analyze client requirements and provide suitable system solutions.

  • Negotiation & Contract Management Negotiate terms and pricing with clients.

  • Support contract finalization, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.

  • Sales Reporting Track and report sales leads, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.
