We are seeking a skilled ELV Site Engineer to supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution in compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site installation of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address systems, fire alarm interfaces, and related low-voltage systems.
  • Oversee ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for accurate site execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and monitor progress of works.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and installation issues on-site.
  • Maintain project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and site records.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within scheduled timelines.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance at site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems installation and site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA systems, and ANPR systems.
  • Hands-on experience in ANPR installation, configuration, and commissioning preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license
