ELV / Smart Home Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ELV / Smart Home Automation Engineer with strong expertise in design, estimation, and execution of smart home, ELV and Solar systems. The candidate should have Degree in Electrical Engineering and will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, accurate cost estimations, and supporting project delivery from design to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimation, BOQ, and costing for ELV, Solar & smart home automation projects (Lighting Control, CCTV, Access Control, Audio/Video, Networking, Home Automation, etc.). Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare competitive bids.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing and technical compliance.
• Collaborating with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, and clients to align automation with the project vision.
• Assist project team in design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conducting test, system handover, and end-user training with high attention to quality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV & Smart Home Automation (KNX, Control4, Crestron, or similar systems).
• Strong experience in estimation, design, and technical proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and AV systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE valid driving license is required.
• Ready to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
