ELV Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician with a strong foundation in both electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining ELV systems, with hands-on experience in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ELV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper system functionality.
• Reprogram and configure PLCs and HMIs as per operational requirements.
• Work with sensors, PCBs, and VFDs to maintain system efficiency.
• Perform PCB programming and rectification for air conditioners and other equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and support in system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service logs, technical documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Mandatory: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical (or relevant field).
• Proven experience as an ELV Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, PCBs, and VFDs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, reprogram, and rectify electronic/electrical components.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and PCB rectification.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
