ELV Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring reliable performance, system integration, and compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. The role supports our mission to deliver secure, efficient, and business-critical solutions that protect facilities and ensure continuity of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission ELV systems including:
• CCTV & Video Management Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Intrusion & Perimeter Security Systems
• Structured Cabling (Data & Voice)
• Public Address (PA) & Background Music Systems
• Intercom & Video Intercom Systems
• IP Networking and related ELV components
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, method statements, and system layouts.
• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, QCS standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades on site.
• Conduct testing, system handover, and client demonstrations.
• Prepare daily work reports, as-built drawings, and maintenance records.
• Follow company HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as an ELV Technician in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, IP networking, and structured cabling standards.
• Experience with major ELV system brands is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
