ELV Technician (CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Structured Cabling, Intercom)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, with hands-on experience in CCTV servers and software such as Wisenet, Milestone, and HikCentral. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems, including:
• CCTV systems and servers (Wisenet, Milestone, HikCentral)
• Access Control systems
• SMATV systems
• Structured cabling (data and telephone networks)
• Intercom and telephone systems
• Ensure proper alignment, placement, and connectivity of all ELV equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all ELV systems
• Set up and configure Wi-Fi access points and network routers for optimal performance
• Supervise site installations and coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with CCTV servers/software (Wisenet, Milestone, HikCentral), Access Control, SMATV, Intercom, Telephone Systems, and Structured Cabling
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
