About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ELV/AV Sales Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven experience in handling corporate and government projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV/AV projects.
- Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AV, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, and other ELV systems.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for project handovers and collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ELV or AV system sales in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of AV systems, integration solutions, and ELV products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and project documentation.
