Email, Content & CRM Marketing Manager

Are you a marketer who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and build something end to end?

Do you look at generic newsletters and think there has to be a smarter way to do this?

We’re looking for someone to own our email, content, and CRM marketing and grow into full lifecycle ownership over time. This role is for someone with hands-on experience who hasn’t yet had the opportunity to fully lead a channel, but is ready for that responsibility. You’ll be trusted to execute, experiment, learn, and improve. Guidance will be there, but ownership will be yours.

You’ll shape how we engage different audiences across email, blogs, and social, using data to ensure the right people receive the right message at the right time.

Your work will directly influence how audience pools are built and segmented, how engaged subscribers are, and how effectively marketing turns into high-quality leads across travel, talent marketing, and other brand segments.This role exists to move us away from generic content and towards targeted, insight-led communication people actually care about.Where this role sits

You’ll sit within the Marketing & CRM function, working closely with sales, product development, web, and HR/recruitment teams.
This is a strategy-and-execution role. You won’t just write or schedule content. You’ll design how email, content, and social work together as a system and track how that system performs.

What you’ll do
Email & CRM ownership

  • Own newsletter and email marketing end to end
  • Build, segment, and manage audience pools based on behaviour, intent, and profile
  • Design and improve campaigns, journeys, and workflows
  • Test, learn, and optimise to improve engagement and lead quality
  • Use data and reporting to decide what gets sent, to whom, and why

Content & blogs

  • Write and manage blog content that supports SEO, email, and lead generation
  • Repurpose content across email and campaign touchpoints
  • Keep content focused on usefulness, clarity, and relevance

Social (growth-led)

  • Shape social content strategy to grow owned audiences
  • Drive traffic into newsletters and key content
  • Align social, email, and blog activity so they reinforce each other

Insight & collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to align campaigns with commercial priorities
  • Partner with product teams to translate offerings into clear messaging
  • Collaborate with the web team to drive traffic, sign-ups, and conversions
  • Support talent marketing initiatives in partnership with HR/recruitment
  • Track performance and use insights to refine strategy over time

What experience are we looking for?

  • Experience owning newsletters or email marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and audience management
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Strong writing skills across email, blogs, and campaign content

Nice to have

  • Experience working across different audience types
  • Understanding of SEO and how content supports CRM growth
  • Experience contributing to integrated, multi-channel campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
