Email Marketer

Grand Digitals Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Email Marketer to to join our team. This is a night shift and On-Site position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns for multiple client accounts to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Build and manage automation workflows, drip sequences, and triggered campaigns to nurture prospects across the funnel.
• Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs that improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Segment, clean, and grow email lists while maintaining list hygiene and sender reputation.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs, then analyze results to continuously optimize performance.
• Track and report on key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure emails are visually on-brand, mobile-friendly, and aligned with each client's voice.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of practical email marketing experience; bonus points if it was inside a digital agency environment.
• Comfortable working in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or any similar ESP.
• Confident with building automations, segmenting audiences, and structuring A/B tests properly.
• Able to get into HTML/CSS when a template needs tweaking or fixing.
• Aware of deliverability fundamentals and major compliance frameworks (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Sharp writing instincts — knows how to keep emails clear, on-brand, and persuasive.
• Comfortable reading the numbers and making decisions based on what the data is actually saying.

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Near Munawar Chorangi, Karachi

Timings: 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Night Shift, 5 days a week)
