We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing and Lead Generation Expert to join our team. Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation:
- Identify and source high-quality leads from diverse channels, including online directories, social media platforms, groups, forums, and other relevant online and offline sources.
- Utilize tools and technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, and other prospecting tools to build targeted lead lists.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new lead generation opportunities.
2. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute cold email campaigns to engage and nurture leads effectively.
- Craft compelling email copy and design templates that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
- A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
3. Social Media Outreach:
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to connect with potential leads and build meaningful relationships.
- Participate in relevant groups and forums to establish authority and generate leads.
- Engage with leads through direct messaging and other innovative social outreach methods.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for email campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Share feedback and insights from lead interactions to improve overall marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, cold outreach, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ACTIVE Campaign) and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of automation tools and workflows for email marketing and lead generation.
- Background in digital marketing or a related field.
