Part-Time Email Marketing & Personal Assistant (ConvertKit Focus | Hybrid Role)

About the Company

We are a small fitness studio based in Tuckahoe, NY with a steadily growing online presence. In addition to in-person services, we are expanding our digital reach through email marketing, content, and online offers.

Overview

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, reliable assistant to support email marketing efforts using ConvertKit, along with light personal assistant tasks. This role is flexible and hybrid, combining remote work with occasional in-person support.

Ideal for someone seeking part-time work and the ability to take on additional small projects over time.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Build and schedule email campaigns in ConvertKit
• Format newsletters, sequences, and automations
• Manage subscriber lists, tagging, and segmentation
• Assist with lead magnets, landing pages, and opt-in forms
• Track and report basic performance metrics

Personal Assistant Tasks (Secondary)

• Light administrative and organizational support

Requirements

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Experience with ConvertKit and YouTube
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Flexible and open to additional hours/projects
• Must be local for occasional in-person needs
• Email marketing or basic copywriting experience
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or small business growth
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small teams

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience, starting at $20/hour
• Approximately 5 hours/week to start, with potential for increased hours
