Offline Marketing Assistant

Seeking a proactive Offline Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Department in executing offline campaigns, events, and brand‑building activities. The ideal candidate will assist with market research, coordinate promotional materials, support events, and ensure smooth execution of all offline marketing initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining strong brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting the long‑term growth of the company.

Job Description

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback, and surveys.
• Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Support the organization of events, exhibitions, in‑store activities, and partnerships.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, press releases, and print ads.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and printing agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor offline campaign performance and compile reports for management.
• Maintain marketing databases, documentation, and campaign records.
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to support ongoing projects.
• Assist Marketing Head with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Maximum experience as an Offline Marketing Assistant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing channels, event coordination, and promotional activities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of market research methods and marketing databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Open to any nationality.
