Email Marketing Associate

This role is responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to deliver a seamless customer experience across consumer journeys. The position involves campaign execution, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and results.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across consumer journeys
  • Manage day-to-day broadcast and trigger-based SMS communication campaigns
  • Execute transactional emails (e.g., Subscribe & Save) and YoY campaign initiatives
  • Develop and schedule segmentation-focused email content
  • Maintain seasonal email calendars based on data insights and business priorities
  • Follow SOPs for deliverability, testing, QA, and campaign approvals
  • Contribute to email template development, journey mapping, and campaign planning
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing
  • Track and report on key metrics including open rates, click rates, opt-outs, and conversions
  • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and other internal stakeholders


Qualifications:


  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in creating email templates and wireframes
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • HubSpot certification is a plus
