This role is responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to deliver a seamless customer experience across consumer journeys. The position involves campaign execution, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and results.
Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across consumer journeys

Manage day-to-day broadcast and trigger-based SMS communication campaigns

Execute transactional emails (e.g., Subscribe & Save) and YoY campaign initiatives

Develop and schedule segmentation-focused email content

Maintain seasonal email calendars based on data insights and business priorities

Follow SOPs for deliverability, testing, QA, and campaign approvals

Contribute to email template development, journey mapping, and campaign planning

Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing

Track and report on key metrics including open rates, click rates, opt-outs, and conversions

Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve campaign performance

Collaborate with marketing, technical, and other internal stakeholders
Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role

Hands-on experience with A/B testing

Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Experience in creating email templates and wireframes

Good organizational and time management skills

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

HubSpot certification is a plus
